For a developer, key parameters like customer's need, requirements, budgets, facilities attached and price defines and determines success. Property market has gone through a lot of challenges, turbulence and price correction over the last 5 years. Now, the time has arrived for a developer to understand and leave the price decision to the customer's only as per his self assessment and free market dynamics.

We at Raheja Developers have always been a part of this ever changing evolution and have decided to do away with our company pricing and liquidate our ready to occupy saleable properties to the customers at their price only. Yes, you read it right. We are coming up with an e-auction of our possession ready flats and plots.

As on date, the Company has already developed & delivered 19 projects and 11 premium projects are under ongoing fast track construction. Besides this, the company has more than 10 proposed future developments lined up. It is time for us to do away with residual RTM inventories in already developed projects & focus on future.

So, our sole motive is to devote time to these premium under - construction projects so that the customers are well taken care off when it comes to quality construction and delivery as has been our legacy. It doesn't matter, if we sell cheaper our customers will be benefitted in a way. So in a way, we want to extend this opportunity to our customers. Hence with an attempt to reduce our focus on the selling process of remaining inventories of already delivered projects, which are very limited in number and to direct all our focus and energy towards the quality construction of current ongoing projects, we are announcing this e - auction.

The best part is the Payment security i.e. the payments you make for the registration during the bidding process will be deposited directly in to the escrow debit freeze account of the bank fully secured by security trustee agreement. And in case of unsuccessful bid, the money will be refunded directly by the bank as per the agreement & instruction of security trustee only & in case of a successful bid the money will be paid to us and will be adjusted against the property value.

To be more precise, an escrow account is a temporary vault of money held by a trusted third party on behalf of two transacting parties that are bound by a contract.

So it's your time to own a property and that too at your rates. The possession will be given immediately. The pricing is all inclusive with no hidden cost at all. The customer must go through the entire project before going for the bid. If you do not get the Ready to move in inventory, you can go for our under-construction projects in normal case.
