Slow progress

The project is due to complete in 2016. If someone from customer services can advise how it will be achieved then i will be able to put in some reviews. Less than 10 floors have being constructed and nearly 50 floors more to go which means almost 25 floors to be built in 1 year factoring some time for finishing. Doesn't look realistic!

Delay in completion of Raheja Revanta

for the last 2 years there is no Construction Progress on this project as at the time of Launching of this Project very very tall claims were made but all appears to be just fictitious and no relevance today.New projects are being launched with much fan fare and no mention of Revanta at all .all those who have booked with Raheja Developers for This Project needs to take up seriously for satisfactory resolution.N K GUPTA.

Reply to construction progress

We are using german shuttering scaffolding systems from peri as well as a peri rail climbing system for the building cores. This is the one of the best and most expensive technology in the world to build fast and with the highest quality. You are welcome to see this system on site as we openly challenge the level of quality as being the best in the country. Arabtec has already achieved a floor cycle of 3.5 days at burj khalifa in the past and at revanta site we have already started achieving 7 day floor cycle, the fastest in india and are continuing to reduce this also. You may check this in september 2014 construction update. Also we have a integrated MEP construction which means after structure is complete there is only a minor plug and play finishing work that is required. Also, revanta is the first site in north india to have 24x7 working with day and night shift and a labor force of over 1000 hands and again you are invited to come and check this on site at any given time, even in the middle of the night. Even the labor is from Dubai and the site is being built as per the highest International Standards. Rest assured our endeavour is to break all records and change the perception of everyone in this country by delivering the Tallest Building in North India before time.
