1. What is size of the Project & how many flats are there for sale?
Answer: It's a 10 acres project comprising a total 1660 no. of apartments.
2. How many 1 BHk & 2 BHk Flats are available ?
Answer: Around 1540 are 1 BHK (2 Types) & around 120 are 2 BHK (2 Types)
3. What is the booking amount ?
Answer: Booking amount is 5% of the total cost of the apartment you wish to buy
4. When am I suppose to pay next installment & how much ?
Answer: Next Installment is due when the apartment is allotted to successful applicants & you will pay have to 20% of the total cost of the apartment.
5. How am I suppose to pay the rest installments ?
Answer: Balance 75% amount is to be paid in 6 equated half yearly installments spread over three year period.
6. When will the draw of lot happen ?
Answer: The draw of lot will happen within 90 days from the closure of booking but only after the project attains environment clearance from the relevant Gov't Authority.
7. By when will the money be refunded to non-successful applicants ?
Answer: All non-successful applicants shall be refunded back the booking amount within 15 days of holding of the draw of lots. However, if your name is in waiting list, you may opt to wait for 2 Years.
8. What if the company doesn't refund within 15 days of the draw of lot ?
Answer: If the company is not able to refund the amount in the aforesaid period, the company shall refund the said amount with simple interest at the rate of 10% per annum calculated for the period beyond 90 days from the closure of booking.
9. When will I get the possession ?
Answer: The possession of the flat will be given to the successful applicant within 4 years of Allotment.
10. Can I sell my apartment in secondary market after allotment ?
Answer: You can sell/ transfer the apartment 1 year after the possession.
11. Will I be paying maintenance immediately after possession ?
Answer: No, it will be free for 5 years after the project obtains Occupation Certificate
12. Can I avail home loan on the apartment allotted to me ?
Answer: Yes, selected banks are providing this facility.
13. How allotment will be done ?
Answer: The allotment of flats shall be done through draw of lots in the presence of a committee consisting of Deputy Commissioner or his representative (at-least of the cadre of Haryana Civil Services), etc.
14. Can I book online ?

15. Can I book in other family member's name ?
Answer: Yes, you can book in other family member's name, however you or your spouse or your dependent children can file only one application in this project.
